水蒸气压力不剧烈变化时再依次封闭、底阀出气阀。罐内温度逐渐上升,至所设置90°温度时,不锈钢储罐水果拉霸多人版,搅拌电机停止搅拌,此时打开罐体总进气阀,打开罐体出气管阀,依次打开以下阀门:打开出气调节阀,缓缓打开罐体进蒸汽阀对罐内通入蒸汽,空气滤器表压起头上升,跨越0.1MP时打开冷凝水阀门疏水,继续开大罐体进蒸汽阀,除尽罐内空气后,罐内压缓缓上升,调整出气调节阀,使之达到灭菌所要求温度压力,达到灭菌温度时计时起头。

调整米勒板夹套进气阀、罐体进蒸汽阀和出气调节阀,使温度、罐压连结所设温度。灭菌时间到后,依次封闭已开的各进汽阀门(快装蝶阀/法兰蝶阀),封闭蒸汽总阀门,完全铺开罐内尾气排气阀放掉罐内压力,封闭蒸汽发生器电源。打开空气压缩机,等罐压降至0.05MP时,缓缓打开进气调节阀,维持罐内正压。

灭菌过程注意事项:

果酒发酵罐在灭菌过程中,操作员应穿长衣长裤,带防护手套,防止烫伤。灭菌过程中若是蒸汽发生器自动进水,蒸汽总压将迅速下降,必要时可以适当开大蒸汽总阀门,连结压力,但要小心察看压力变化。对罐内通蒸汽时,灭菌后罐压下降较快,注意通无菌空气时机。尽量不要使空气压缩机和蒸汽发生器同时工作。灭菌过程中空气滤器压力不该超过0.2MP。冷凝水的大小将影响罐内液体灭菌后浓度,要考虑蒸汽冷凝水增加量。
